The process for your jewelry

 

①Email to Jewelry 'n' Roll.

 

②Settlement transactions are done on

　the site of "minne".

　You will need to register and log in to order.

 

③Mail your jewelry to our shop.

　The destination is described by a reply

　email from us.

　It will be big help for us if you attach some notes

　about your request.

　Let us have a meeting about the state of your

　jewelry and what is the best way

　to clean and polish for it.

　We try to make as comfortable and

　as safe as possible these processes.

　

④We will start to work after our agreement

　on the state, the process and a fee.

　We will ship your jewelry within 2weeks.

　Also to note,

　The jewelry that plated also need to be

　re-plated after the buffing, polishing, and

　cleaning.

　We need more 10 days for re-plated.

 

⑤We will contact you after that,

　and set up your private page on "minne".

　Please settle the repair fee by

　proceeding to checkout.

 

⑥We will mail back your jewelry to you

　after confirming your payment.
