The process for your pearl restrings

 

①Email to Jewelry 'n' Roll.

②Settlement transactions are done on

　the site of "minne".

　You will need to register and log in to order.

　The stretched out or broken necklace might be

　shorter after be fixed.

③Mail your necklace to our shop.

　The destination is described by a reply

　email from us.

　It will be big help for us if you attach some notes

　about your request .

　Let us have a meeting about the choice of

　stringing material for your pearl,

　and if you have some request to change your clasp

　to new one, let us know.

　We try make these processes as comfortable and

　as safe as possible.

④We will start to work after our agreement on the state,

　the process of restring and a repair fee.

　We will ship your restrings necklace within 2 weeks.

 

 

⑤We will contact you after repair,

　and set up your private page on "minne".

　Please settle the repair fee by

　proceeding to checkout.

 

 

⑥We will mail back your necklace to you

　after confirming your payment.
